The 2026 NJMEA State Conference will be held at the Atlantic City Convention Center. The conference hotel, for one more year, is the Sheraton, which has an enclosed walkway that takes you directly to the Convention Center.

Registration Information

Registration will open at the end of August 2025. Categories include active members, retired members, collegiate members, clinicians, and non-members. All registrations must be completed online.

Early registration: Open now through February 6, 2026.
Late registration: Available after February 6, 2026, for an additional fee. Late registration will also be available on-site.

Membership Requirement: To register as an Active Member, you must have a NAfME/NJMEA membership current through 02/21/26. Registration will remain pending until your membership is renewed if it is not up-to-date.

Payment Information

Payments can be made by Credit Card (online) or Offline (Check or School Purchase Order).
