Top point earners receive free conference registration and a free NAfME membership. We also pursue SGA and departmental support when available.

Travel & Housing
We coordinate carpools and room shares at the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel. Standard plan is up to four per room; target share is $50/person for hotel costs.

Top point earners receive free conference registration and a free NAfME membership. All travelers share hotel costs (target $50/person). Non–point earners are welcome to join by paying their own registration and membership fees.
Membership Requirement
To register as an Active Member, your NAfME/NJMEA membership must be current through Feb 21, 2026. If not, your registration will remain pending until renewal.

Convention Center
The venue offers flexible rooms, on-site parking, and a secure, attendee-friendly layout with a direct connection to the Sheraton.
Accommodations
We’ll stay at the Sheraton (attached to the convention center). Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, gift shops, and a ballroom. Rooms sleep up to four; we’ll group assignments and collect preferences.
Vendor Expo
Explore new resources, technologies, and instrument care—with chances to learn about summer development programs and network with educators and vendors.
Professional Developments
Choose from a vast catalog spanning early childhood through collegiate topics—led by new teachers, veteran educators, and professors across specialties.
Reading Sessions
Participate in score reading sessions (instrumental and vocal), discover emerging repertoire, and take home free copies of the music you read.
