Top point earners receive free conference registration and a free NAfME membership. We also pursue SGA and departmental support when available.
We coordinate carpools and room shares at the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel. Standard plan is up to four per room; target share is $50/person for hotel costs.

To register as an Active Member, your NAfME/NJMEA membership must be current through Feb 21, 2026. If not, your registration will remain pending until renewal.

We’ll stay at the Sheraton (attached to the convention center). Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, gift shops, and a ballroom. Rooms sleep up to four; we’ll group assignments and collect preferences.

Join us for a weekend of more than 200 professional development workshops and performances. Students attend PD sessions, lectures from leaders in our field, statewide ensemble performances, and networking events that build practical career skills.
Any Rowan student can attend. If you’re not in the points cohort, you’re still welcome—just plan to cover your own registration and membership fees.
